Resolution 2015-06-02.mm.1: Board member accountability
This resolution was adopted by the Board of Directors of SPI at their meeting of July 9, 2015.
- Any member of the Board of Directors representing themselves by their respective title can be reasonably presumed to be acting on behalf of the Organization;
THE SPI BOARD RESOLVES THAT
No member of the Board of Directors may act on behalf of the Organization without the consent of the Board; and
In the event of an action by any member of the Board beyond their authority, any member of the Board may request a review of that action and any related actions; and
The Board disclaims responsibility for any action taken by a member of the Board outside of the Board's authority.
