Resolution 2011-12-11.rtb.1: Haskell.org as an SPI Associated Project

This resolution was adopted by the Board of Directors of SPI at their meeting of December 15, 2011. Ganesh Sittampalam subsequently accepted on behalf of Haskell.org.

WHEREAS

  1. Haskell.org is a substantial and significant Free Software project.

  2. Haskell.org would like SPI's support and assistance, including legal help, holding property, and taking donations.

THE SPI BOARD RESOLVES THAT

  1. Haskell.org is formally invited to become an SPI Associated Project, according to the SPI Framework for Associated Projects, SPI Resolution 1998-11-16.iwj.1-amended-2004-08-10.iwj.1, a copy of which can be found at

  2. Ganesh Sittampalam is recognised by SPI as the authoritative decision maker and SPI liaison for Haskell.org. Successors will be appointed by the Haskell.org committee. The Haskell.org committee currently consists of Ganesh Sittampalam, Edward Z. Yang, Vo Minh Thu, Mark Lentczner, Jason Dagit, Edward Kmett, Brent Yorgey.

  3. This invitation will lapse, if not accepted, 60 days after it is approved by the SPI Board.
