Resolution 2019-11-22.tp.1: Rescind Board Advisors Resolution

This resolution was adopted by the Board of Directors of SPI at their meeting of January 13, 2020.

WHEREAS

1. SPI has not availed itself of the option of appointing Board Advisors in many years.

THE SPI BOARD RESOLVES THAT

1. Resolution 2004-08-10.iwj.dbg.3 is rescinded.
