21:04 < Snow-Man> We have been unfortunately delayed on getting the member's site back up due to vacation schedules of both my own and our IT contractors, but it is still a priority for us and we continue to work to get it back online.  Until then, there is an email address that can be used to send questions regarding membership, and/or board@ can be contacted.
21:04 < Snow-Man> Many thanks to our accounting contractor for reviewing the format proposed by one of our member projects regarding how to get detailed information.  I have his comments now and plan to share them with the board and the member project shortly.

21:21 < Lyude> I'm Lyude Paul, secretary of the X.org foundation, I think tpot already handled my question about the domain migration stuff (we'll talk about it via email) but I was wondering if there was any response to the question I asked about access to the ledger feed? I haven't gotten any email responses back yet since the last time that I asked
21:22 < Lyude> and I was also wondering if there's another way I should be filing tickets with SPI that might be more reliable then email, or if email is still the right way to go?
21:22 < Snow-Man> When you send an email to the RT system you should get an automated response back giving you a ticket number, that's particularly good for things like treasurer-type items.
