Resolution 2006-04-17.jpg.1: PostgreSQL Conference Insurance

This resolution was adopted by the Board of Directors of SPI at their meeting of April 18, 2006.

It is resolved that:

1. The SPI treasurer and his designees are authorized to disburse CAD $2650 plus taxes for liability insurance for the PostgreSQL Anniversary Summit to be held July 8-9, 2006.

2. The officers of SPI are authorized and directed to enter into reasonable contractual agreements as necessary for the purposes of obtaining liability insurance for this event.
